Bill Currie	b6c832d900	while not 100% complete (sv is still referred to as well as r_skyname), the ... progs engine no longer refers to any global vars. Bill Currie	af032b8d55	port in some improvements from OT (namely fs_basepath, etc, though commandline parsing isn't finished yet) ... split up the headerfiles and such. common.[ch] and qwsvdef.h no longer exist.
