Linux frame buffer support from Ryan Nielsen <ran@gondolin.fortyoz.org> (thank
you). While not yet fully functional, it compiles and runs to the point of failing to find a mode (probably my fault, that:), but there's no mouse support yet and the keyboard input isn't playable.
