fix configs not getting execed properly when not run from the automatically detected basedir. fix some silly bugs. qcc: remove deprecated %5 support without qccx syntax. qcc: added -Fembedsrc to embed the sourcecode into the progs in a form that can be read with various standard unzip programs.
