Try to fix missing impulses bug.
Fix skybox fog glsl compile error. Implement DP_QC_FS_SEARCH_PACKFILE, search_getpackagename, and search_fopen. git-svn-id: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/fteqw/code/trunk@5737 fc73d0e0-1445-4013-8a0c-d673dee63da5
