Eric Womer 7145d9b3f1 Compiling/Linking/Running, but no rendering, there is audio. glConfig as
a temp fix for the surfaces having a width and height of 0 since
renderSystem->getHeight()/getWidth() access
glConfig.nativeResolutionHeight/Width directly.
