Alexander Malmberg 6d1c78032a Fix an edge case in tab handling. Also, if tabs occure and the paragraph style has no more tab stops, act as if there were tabs every 100 points.

This is version 0.8.3 of the GNUstep GUI library (`gnustep-gui').

   Here is some introductory info to get you started:

Initial reading

   * The file `ANNOUNCE' contains a very brief overview of the library.
     It also tells you where to get the most recent version.
