98058413e5 Opted to undo the -[NSBezierPath setLineDash:] patch's check for 
count > _dash_count, as NSZoneRealloc() should be allowed to
reduce the allocated block's size.

Additionally, updated ChangeLog.

b8eb05ec70 Use controlShadowColor when the color for NSBoxSeparator is not set. Xcode is not setting colors for these types of boxes in xibs.
