Dummy implementation for [hideOtherApplications:] and

[unhideAllApplications:]. Simple implementation for
[runModalForWindow:relativeToWindow:], [endSheet:] and [beginSheet:...].
Removed various uneeded [update] and [sizeToFit] calls for menu operations.
