* Source/NSCollectionView.m (+initialize): Add binding for

content.
        * Source/NSViewController.m (-loadView): Don't try to load the
        view if there is no name for the NIB.
        * Source/NSArrayController.m (-initWithContent:): Sets
        automaticallyRearrangesObjects to true.
