* EOAdaptors/Postgres95/GNUmakefile.in: Build
Postgres95Private.m.
* EOAdaptors/Postgres95/Postgres95Adaptor.m: Do not depend on
EOControl/EOPriv.m/h but on own private files.
(+assignExternalInfoForEntity): Use objectAtIndex: instead of
enumerator for speed.
