to NSISOCyrillicStringEncoding, and likewise for Greek, Arabic, and
Hebrew, to avoid ambiguity. Add enum values for all remaining
ISO-8859 character sets, plus UTF-7.
* Source/NSString.m: Update pursuant to above changes.
* Source/Unicode.m: Ditto.
