Eric Wasylishen 883c8cbd61 * Source/winlib/WIN32GState.m (GSCreateBitmap): Add support for 
(8 bit-greyscale, 8-bit alpha) format. This fixes various 
default images not showing (menu arrows, scroller arrows, etc.)
