    * Much more settings ar enow handled by the preferences, ie.

        - periodic saving of all open project files
	- save on quit
	- backup files when saving
	- ask when quit

    * Code cleanup, esp. for writing makefiles and saving project files

    * 'Save' is now implemented

    * All icons are now displayed as expected
