Ozkan Sezer 00530bda9b gl_model.c: made a lot of procs and vars static 
only user of 'loadmodel' outside of gl_model.c was Sky_LoadTexture,
so changed it to accept a model pointer.

TODO: remove need for globals such as mod_base, loadmodel, loadname
