move MAX_OSPATH definition to q_stdinc.h. define it as PATH_MAX,
or as MAXPATHLEN, _MAX_PATH, or MAX_PATH if either of them is available, or as 1024 if none are available. this would make us safer in deep installation directory paths. darkplaces engine seems to do the same. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://svn.code.sf.net/p/quakespasm/code/trunk@928 af15c1b1-3010-417e-b628-4374ebc0bcbd
