rebased our windows & macosx SDL2 builds to SDL mercurial repo rev.10700
note: the osx leak from https://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2157 is still there, we can rebuild if it ever gets fixed.. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/quakespasm/code/trunk/quakespasm@1366 af15c1b1-3010-417e-b628-4374ebc0bcbd
