just properly use (u)intptr_t where necessary and don't do the cheap hack
of using size_t instead of it. include stdint.h in q_stdinc.h for it. for Visual Studio earlier than version 2010, use the header provided by the msinttypes project. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/quakespasm/code/trunk/quakespasm@439 af15c1b1-3010-417e-b628-4374ebc0bcbd
