Spoike c6917a5f8c Added LMSTYLES16 support, increasing max lightstyles to 65k. ... Updated networking for these extra lightstyles. LMSTYLES[16] bspx lumps now also infer the number of styles per face, allowing for up to 16 styles per face. Support a few more pixel formats in dds files. Allow r_lightmap_format to be changed instantly.
