Gets the pause status of the current CD audio track.

Parameters
drive
the drive ID to use. 0 is the default CD drive. Using D or E in single quotes would be D: or E: for example.
Return Value
If the track is currently paused, TRUE is returned.
If the track is currently not paused, FALSE is returned.
