puzl dc78814b90 o cl_customcrosshair now has values 0|1|2|3|4 
o Value 0 is the current 3.1 NS crosshair sets
o Value 1 is the default value
o The game now supports crosshair resolution of 1600, though no sprites are provided.

tankefugl a8372fca14 o Fixed issue with some HUD icons rendered too brightly.

tankefugl d05ab49a2b o Lowered the rate of players being forced to the RR from 8/sec to 5/sec. 
o Added throttling to the resetting of players. It resets players at a rate of 6 players per 0.3s.

puzl 96709be82c o Aliens can now trigger 'the enemy approaches' by attacking it. friendly fire does not change behaviour. Leap does not trigger it at all.
