Used to move the center of the segment in the game world. There are both start and end offsets that can be adjusted. Used mostly to move an effect segment origin without moving the func_fx emitter or .m5mesh bone location. Can also be used in conjunction with Orbit.
Forward
- Forward is relative to the normal the effect is played from.
Left
- Horizontal offset relative to the world coordinates or bone coordinates the effect is played from.
Up
- Vertical offset relative to the world coordinates or bone coordinates the effect is played from.
