Move doom3/downloads/D3SDK2_MayaImport_Setup.exe into a .zip
...
Github keeps complaining that there's an .exe file in this repo
("We strongly suggest that you use releases to ship projects on GitHub")
I hope that putting it into a zip makes them stop sending those
annoying emails each time I commit into the repo..

Link the modwiki and dhewm3.org on start page
...
and link that page as "Home" in Doom3 section, calling the Doom3
section's index "Introduction" instead (which is the page title anyway)
