apparently the default doom3 texture filter was something using mipmaps,
which doesn't work so well for textures without mipmaps..
no idea why those two lines in idImage::CopyDepthbuffer() were commented
out, but they're needed (and also un-commented in TDM, I just missed
that when merging -_-)
the commented out code clamped the loaded filesize of affected .dds
images (crash observed with dds/guis/assets/splash/pdtempa.dds) to
200KB - but then later tries to load it and skip the first mipmap,
resuling in reading invalid memory (> 200KB into the file).
No idea what this was supposed to achieve, but it's disabled now
and the crash (at startup) is gone.
fixes#374
Don't include the lazy precompiled.h everywhere, only what's
required for the compilation unit.
platform.h needs to be included instead to provide all essential
defines and types.
All includes use the relative path to the neo or the game
specific root.
Move all idlib related includes from idlib/Lib.h to precompiled.h.
precompiled.h still exists for the MFC stuff in tools/.
Add some missing header guards.
This kills the funky GL logging stubs, which unnecessarily
complicates the build process (think future cmake).
As for logging GL calls: Use apitrace for that

suggest explicit braces to avoid ambiguous ‘else’
suggest parentheses around ‘&&’ within ‘||’
suggest parentheses around ‘-’ in operand of ‘&’
suggest parentheses around arithmetic in operand of ‘|’
equality comparison with extraneous parentheses
Functional change:
Proper HELLTIME check in Playerview due to missing parentheses.
