bea11c25e0 Added automatic re-initialization of UI data and execution of config files (via CL_ChangeGameRefresh() and FS_ExecConfigs()) when changing "game" cvar and gamedir.
Added CL_ChangeGameRefresh() in cl_main.c.
Added UI_RefreshData() in ui_main.c.
Added FS_ExecConfigs() in filesystem.c to handle execution of default.cfg and kmq2config.cfg.
Fixed crash due to uncleared pointers when reinitializing mapshotvalid state arrays.

608814c830 Fixed firing player weapon while using spycam/remote turret in default Lazarus and missionpack DLLs.
Fixed Tactician Gunner's flechettes going thru player bbox at point blank.
Made edict_t pointer arrays static in server, default Lazarus, and missionpack DLLs due to stack size concerns.
Added contact grenade mode for special monster flag for gunners in default Lazarus and missionpack DLLs.

c531db636d Changed protocol version to 57.
Fixed an old protocol bug in how extended HUD stats were sent to the client.
Changed protocol for svc_sound servercommand to separate channel and entity values from a merged short to a byte and a short.
More improvements to Tactician Gunner prox aiming safety in missionpack DLL.
Fixed SV_CheckVelocity() sv_velocity cap in missionpack, 3ZB2, and Zaero game DLLs.

85a20a70c2 Refactored surface rendering to use new mpolyvertex_t struct. This replaces the old vertex float array, and integrates vertex lighting.
Removed legacy GL_NV_texture_shader water warp effect.
Added r_subdivide_size cvar to control polygon subdivision of warp surfaces.
Added preliminary support for warp lightmaps.

0a54aa8423 Added new monster muzzleflashes in client and missionpack DLL: MZ2_SOLDIER_HYPERBLASTER_x, MZ2_GLADBETA_PHALANX_1, MZ2_TURRET_RAILGUN_1, MZ2_GUNNER_ETF_RIFLE_x.
Removed unused muzzleflash MZ2_SUPERTANK_GRENADE_x in q_shared.h for both default Lazarus DLL and missionpack DLL.
Added check for filename length before swapping extension to .ent in qcommon/cmodel.c->CMod_LoadEntityString().
Added check for filename length before swapping extension to .pcx in renderer/r_image.c->R_LoadPic().
Added check for filename length before swapping extension to .md3 in renderer/r_model.c->R_RegisterModel().

Added qcommon/filesystem.h for filesystem structs/prototypes.
Added update version to console (e.g. KMQuake2 v0.20u8).

8d0e9fe406 Added dedicated server option to start server menu.

26d58b1694 Added screenshot gamma correction.
Changed stats.log to save to savegamedir instead of the Quake2 root folder.
Renamed cvars menu_sensitivity, menu_rotate, and menu_alpha to ui_sensitivity, ui_item_rotate, and ui_background_alpha.
Removed some unused cvars.
Added CVAR_SAVE_IGNORE flag to "game" and "gamedir" cvars.
Added descriptions for most cvars.
Added dumpcvars command to output a list of cvars with their descriptions to cvarlist.txt.

65b0c2281e Updated to libcurl 7.69.1 with HTTPS support.
Added UDP fallback from HTTP downloads and support for Q2Pro-style HTTP URLs.
Now allows downloading non-numerical pak files via flagging certain paks as protected.
Misc filesystem changes.

9272d5ea85 Change Hunk_* and zone alloc functions to use size_t instead of int.
Replace READ_COMPRESSED_SAVEGAMES and WRITE_COMPRESSED_SAVEGAMES macros with COMPRESSED_SAVEGAMES.

01d78fcaf7 Added new FS_GetFileList() function to retrieve lists of files (by extension or filter) from both paks and game dirs.

faff1135e9 Load maps.lst and files under players/ from disk first.
Added check in FS_FileInPakBlacklist() for certain files that should be loaded from disk first.
Then check for local file in gamedir.  If present, ignore file in pak.

9c5fca4da2 Fixed maps.lst inside pak file overridding the external version of this file in baseq2.
Blacklisted maps.lst from loading from pak files.
Cleaned up unneeded va() string expansion in cl_main.c->CL_Connect_f().

132b05f03a Added check for autosave slot in LoadGameCallback() to not specify a non-existent saveshot.
Check for minumum length of saveshot name in SCR_DrawLoading().
Skip STX char before map title in dedicated console output.
Increased number of failed images/textures and walsizes to 1024 from 256.
Added one last modType() -> FS_ModType() change I forgot to commit.
